Psychometric Assessments for True Insights
I’ve worked with psychometric questionnaires for nearly 40 years and during this time I’ve seen how the resulting assessments can provide you with a clearer sense of who you are, how you prefer to work, and what helps you succeed.
I use psychometrics to give you a practical insight into your strengths, motivations, and working style. The process goes beyond a simple personality profile. Through a structured set of questions, the reports I use build a detailed view of your skills, natural abilities, thinking styles, and what drives your day-to-day behaviour.
Many of the positive findings are then incorporated into your rewritten CV.
What You Gain
-
A deeper understanding of yourself, plus a CV that reflects the “real you”.
-
Insight into how to adjust your communication style so it works better for both you and others
-
You better understand the priorities and behaviour of others so you can manage your teams more effectively

Reports I typically use
I draw from a set of customised reports and depending on your objectives, I may use one or more of the following:
1) Introduction to Workplace Insights
A concise 7-page report that highlights your core strengths, areas where support may help, and key behavioural patterns.
2) Self & Career Management
A detailed 34-page, three-part report covering your behavioural styles and a set of occupations that align with your preferences.
3) Self & Motivators
A 58-page, two-part report that pairs your behavioural style with your motivational drivers.
4) Executive Insights
Forms part of the “Supreme” service. A 41-page, three-part report that brings together your emotional tendencies, behavioural style, motivational patterns, and critical thinking style.
